Prahlad Gupta and Sons Stonex LLP began in 1985, when our founder Mr. Prahlad Prasad Gupta — native to Gorakhpur — started this business in Prayagraj with one belief: that natural stone, chosen and finished with care, can transform any space into something extraordinary. He was the first to bring a consignment of Rajasthan's Makrana marble to Prayagraj, and what started as a modest venture has grown into one of the region's most trusted names in marble, granite, tiles and bathware.
In 2003 the business was formally registered as Prahlad Gupta and Sons Stonex LLP. In 2012, his son Ajeet Kumar — who completed his B.Tech in 2011 — joined the business, and is now taking it forward. Today, as Prahlad Gupta and Sons Stonex LLP, we bring together imported and Indian marble, premium tiles, natural stone and bathware under one roof — backed by a team that guides every project from selection to installation.
